Description
Charming bungalow located in Riviera del Sol just 500m from the beach, recently fully renovated in a modern style with boho chic touches. Very bright, it offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms with an Italian shower, a bathtub and a separate WC, a beautiful fully equipped open-plan kitchen and everything you will need for a great holiday in the sun. Its good-sized terrace offers a dining area and views of the sea, the swimming pool and the magnificent communal gardens shaded by tall palm trees, which it has direct access to.
The residence has a common barbecue area, a tennis court (rackets available) and is close to the MAX beach beach club and a very lively area with restaurants, a park, a gym, several bars, supermarket, etc.
Please note that for your comfort we provide a BASIC WELCOME PACK including mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few capsules for coffee and the dishwasher, which will NOT GET RENEWED during your stay !
We cannot be held responsible in the event of closure of swimming pools by decision of the community or regional decision due to water restrictions put in place during periods of drought.

The only negative is the access from the main road which proves difficult for anyone with a disability because of inclines or 2 runs of steps.

Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar und bietet alles um damit auszukommen. Dennoch sind diverse weitere große Ketten in der Nähe und es ist alles verfügbar. Preise sind normal (Deutschland). Strand ebenfalls fußläufig, dort gibt es Bars oder eben den Supermarkt an der Straße für die Verpflegung. Parkplatz kostenlos und direkt vor dem Komplex. TV mit vielen Programmen und wir konnten viele Fussballwettbewerbe kostenlos schauen. Die Küche ist weitergehend voll ausgestattet. Gewürze sind verfügbar und teilweise noch verschlossen.

Nicht zwingend zu verbessern nur gut zu wissen. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Anlage. Am Pool viele Verbote, konkret ist nur Schwimmen erlaubt. Im Mai weniger Wohnungen belegt und sehr ruhig, nichts für laute Musik und Party. 2 Klopapierrollen reichten nicht ganz, jeweils zwei in Reserve sind besser als ein 9er Paket zu kaufen. Eine Küchenrolle wäre gut gewesen, denn selber kaufen für 1 Woche lohnt nicht. Hinweis Kaffeemaschine, das eine Dolce Gusto vorhanden ist, wer z. B. sich bereits vorher eindecken möchte. Ein paar weitere Schneidebretter und vor Allem ein großes richtiges Brotmesser, sowie ein paar kleine Obstmesser wären toll. Kaffeetrinker haben 4 kleinere Becher zur Auswahl, hier gern 4 etwas größere ergänzen. Spülmaschinen Tabs gern 1 pro Tag beifügen. Anlage wird gepflegt, daher etwas Unruhe durch Baulärm aus der Nachbarwohnung und Malern. Der Gärtner/Poolguy ist jeden Tag am Arbeiten und hält die Anlage in Schuss.

La vue sur la mer était splendide, ce qui ajoutait une touche spéciale à notre expérience. De plus, la proximité des commerces et de la plage a grandement facilité notre séjour. La résidence, bien entretenue et calme, était parfaite pour se reposer. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des vacances réussies à Mijas !
