One of the bedrooms is furnished with four single beds, while the others have comfortable 140cm beds. Each bedroom has direct access to the terrace, and two to the private garden. This property is exceptional
by its beautiful volumes and high ceilings, creating an airy and bright atmosphere. You will feel like you are in a villa rather than an apartment!
Upon entering, you will be greeted by an elegant reading room, while a charming mezzanine TV lounge gives you access to two of the bedrooms. The American kitchen opens onto the immense living space, also opens onto the garden and the terrace, inviting moments of conviviality in the open air, making this space a true haven of peace in the middle of nature.
The community swimming pool is nestled in the wonderful tropical gardens and surrounded by sun lounges where you can take the time for a siesta in the sun. Situated on the hills overlooking La Cala de Mijas, the residence offers incredible views of the sea and the mountains with several areas protected by Unesco.
In Elviria, just a few minutes drive away, you will find a wide choice of restaurants as well as a pharmacy, an organic market, a luxury grocery store etc. and several supermarkets, one of which is open 365 days a year.
The location is ideal for those who want to be close to city life while being quiet.
You will be a few kilometers from the beach, close to the famous Nikki Beach, and not far from the old town of Marbella, where you can take beautiful walks or simply relax.
Please note that for your comfort we provide a BASIC WELCOME PACK including mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few capsules for coffee and the dishwasher, which will NOT GET RENEWED during your stay !
