Recently completely renovated, it offers a living space tastefully furnished in a trendy style, and fully equipped. With 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, an American kitchen and a living room opening onto a lovely terrace, you can enjoy a superb elevated view of the sea and the hills.
Below, You will have access to the swimming pool between June and September with a lifeguard, including a children's pool, where you can cool off and relax. The well-kept green spaces provide the perfect place to sunbathe and relax. Within the urbanization you will find beautiful gardens as well as a lovely restaurant run by a friendly couple, highly recommended. In addition, you will have access to private and secure parking.
The beach is just 2 km away, while shops and restaurants are around 1.5 km from the apartment.
Swimming pool closed for renovation starting on 09/15/2024 - possible access to another swimming pool in a further urbanization (at 7km) if you wish
